Sending biggest hugs and good wishes for 2018!
2017 was a busy, successful year with We’ve Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered and the Holiday version of the show, Merry Christmas Darling: Carpenters’ Christmas. We performed across the U.S. in beautiful Performing Arts Centers, Theaters, and Casino show rooms throughout the year. We made our Live Nation debut at Chastain Park in Atlanta opening their Delta Series in the company of artists that included Willie Nelson, Mary Chapin Carpenter, and George Benson and received a beautiful review from Broadway World.
We made it back to California and were honored to have Paul Grein, considered the foremost authority on the Carpenters, review the show when we performed at the Cerritos Center saying, “This is an exceptionally well-produced show that does justice to an act whose music has proved to be timeless.”
I was very happy to return to Toronto and celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the show Jazz, Torch, & Ancient Pop with the original musicians Jay Boehmer, Rob Thaller, and Drew Birston. We had a capacity crowd of dear friends at 120 Diner. Thanks to all who made the effort to be there. It was a great night!
So many thanks to all the presenters and venues, the Carpenters’ fans and our show fans, all the lovely people who have loyally followed my career, and to my dear husband Mark who works tirelessly on my behalf and on behalf of our production company Trajectory Productions to spread the word about what we do.
Love you all. Here’s to a great year ahead!
