Happy New Year 2015

Hope your new year is off to a great start!

Merry Christmas Darling: Carpenters’ Christmas had a fab set of Christmas shows at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, Suncoast in Las Vegas, and IP in Biloxi.  Thank you to all the incredible teams we worked with at all of those venues – off the charts great! Thanks especially to our wonderful audiences who turned out in droves and sang along with all the Carpenters’ hits and Christmas songs and took the time to say hello after the show.

We are very excited to be showcasing We’ve Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered (and Merry Christmas Darling: Carpenters’ Christmas) at APAP 2015 NYC on Saturday, January 10th.  We’ll be in the Beekman Parlor on the 2nd Floor of the Hilton Midtown at 5 p.m. and again at 9:30 p.m.  And if you are attending the conference please stop by Booth 827 and say hello!

Really thrilled to be taking part in the next installment of The Confidential Musical Theatre Project on Thursday, January 15th in Toronto!  After 20 years away from Musical Theatre I couldn’t resist the chance to play a great role under these insane circumstances!  Check it out and Shhhhhh!  It’s a secret!

On January 18th I will fulfill a longtime wish of performing with pianist Donn Trenner.  Donn has an incredible musical legacy having worked with the likes of Nancy Wilson, Shirley Maclaine, Ann Margret, and Bob Hope.  He is now “retired” in Connecticut and leads the Hartford Jazz Orchestra.  Donn and I and wonderful bassist Lou Bociarrelli will perform in Hampton, Connecticut on Sunday, January 18th.  Check the Gigs/Shows Page for details.

Year off to a good start and feeling very grateful.  Thank you as always for your love and support!

Love,
Michelle
