How is it possible that August is here?

We had an eventful early summer with the debut of We’ve Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered in Connecticut and Las Vegas.  I shared the details of our shows at Bridge Street Live in Connecticut in my last post and am happy to say our Las Vegas shows at Suncoast went wonderfully well!  Thank you to Terry Jenkins, Josh Crame, Mary Marshall, our fabulous crew (Perry, David, Rob, Luc et al), and everyone at Suncoast Hotel & Casino. Thank you to all our family members who joined us in Las Vegas – what fun!  Also a very special thanks to the audience who gave us a SOLD OUT debut!  For photos and more, please check out our Facebook page:

I was in Toronto in July for a reunion of my Sheridan College Music Theatre graduating class and had the best time ever!  So great to see everyone and just fantastic to be back in “The Big Smoke”.  I’ll be back in Toronto at the end of August to adjudicate the Canadian National Exhibition Rising Star Competition.  Former participants include Alanis Morissette, members of Barenaked Ladies, and Matt Dusk just to name a few.  I enjoy seeing the talent and working with Coordinator Vicki McKinney, the other judges, and the whole behind-the-scenes team.

In other news I’m appearing with the Heartbeat Jazz Band in Connecticut in August and September and also getting bookings organized for the later fall and 2014.

Hope you have all enjoyed your summer and guess what – it ain’t over yet!
